Introduction
Total Comms Solutions delivered a complete, site-wide CCTV and security surveillance solution for Ocean Gardens, designed to support a safe, secure and well-managed environment for residents, staff and visitors.
Challenges
The project involved the design, supply and installation of 55 Verkada cameras, comprising a combination of dome, bullet and licence plate recognition (LPR) cameras, deployed across both internal and external areas of the facility. Coverage was carefully planned to protect key entry and exit points, car parks, public and shared spaces, service areas and critical operational locations.
The solution provides Ocean Gardens with a modern, cloud-managed surveillance platform that enables real-time monitoring, rapid incident review and simplified system management across the entire site. The Verkada platform also allows for future scalability, ensuring the system can grow alongside the facility’s operational and security requirements.
